The right approach starts with understanding your system
Most organizations focus on players
I focus on the system around them
I identify areas for youth sport organizations to align their leadership, coaches, and families to create better development environments.
I have spent years speaking with coaches of all ages and levels, organizations and families from around the world, learning the best ways to develop players and programs.
I also hear the growing concerns of what youth sports is turning into - things like parent and player behavioral issues, organizational alignment deficiencies, coaching development, unaffordable entry costs and low retainment of coaches and players alike.
By focusing on my five pillars for youth sports, I apply continuous improvement principles to youth sport organizational design so leaders can refine structure before friction becomes instability.
I am a parent, I am a coach, I am a board member.
I can also be part of the solution for organizations, coaches, families and athletes.
Let’s get to work.
